“Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars” is a TV competition series featuring food and drink entrepreneurs competing to impress celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay with their culinary skills and creativity. 
 

The show aims to find the next generation of food & drink stars and offers the winner an investment of £150,000 from Ramsay to put into their business. 

Season two is set to air on Thursday, March 30th, 2023, and will feature 12 food and drink entrepreneurs from all over the UK.

Gary Quinn is the founder of Taquitos Belfast, a Mexican street food-inspired business that specialises in homemade tacos and other Mexican-inspired dishes.

He has been working in the food industry for over a decade and started his career as a chef in various restaurants honing his skills as a chef by learning from two 3 star Michelin trained chefs. 

Gary had also staged at the Three Restaurant in Miami for 7 months under the watchful eye of Norman Van Aken and chef de cuisine Miguel Massens.

He later decided to start his own business, Taquitos Belfast, which has gained a reputation for its authentic flavors and fresh ingredients.
