🧂 Ingredients:
• 1kg beef shin or chuck (cut into chunks)
• 2.5 tbsp Adobo Paste
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 onion, sliced
• 6 garlic cloves, smashed
• 1 cup beef stock or water
• 1 tbsp vinegar (Natural Umber apple cider vinegar)
• Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 bay leaf

🧰 Utensils:
• Slow cooker or Dutch oven
• Knife + chopping board
• Tongs or spoon

👨‍🍳 Method:
1. Season the beef with salt. Sear in a pan until brown (optional but worth it).
2. In the slow cooker, add onions, garlic, Adobo Paste, tomato purée, vinegar, stock, and the beef.
3. Stir everything until it’s coated and loving each other.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
5. Shred with forks. Mix back into the sauce.
6. Serve with rice, tacos, or a big spoon and silence.
