  • Pork mince (10% fat) – 1kg
  • Adobo Paste – 100g
  • Sea salt – 6g

METHOD


  1. Mix pork mince with Adobo Paste and salt until well combined.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high and fry until browned and cooked through.
  3. Serve in tacos, burritos, rice bowls, or alongside eggs for a proper Mexican breakfast.
