🍗 Ingredients (for 4–6 thighs or 500g chicken):
• 2 heaped tbsp Gary’s Adobo Paste
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tbsp oil (any kind)
• 1 tsp salt
• Optional: 1 clove garlic (grated), pinch of sugar if you want it sticky
🧰 Utensils:
• Mixing bowl or ziplock bag
• Spoon or whisk
• Gloves (optional but clean hands = happy marinade)
👨🍳 Method:
1. In your bowl or bag, mix the paste, lime juice, oil, salt, and garlic.
2. Add your chicken. Coat every piece like you’re tucking it into bed.
3. Cover and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours (overnight is best).
4. Cook how you like:
• Grill it for smoky flavour
• Pan-fry for crispy skin
